The project
Herdr Agent Inbox packages the coordination layer I wanted for multi-agent coding: messages are explicit, ownership is visible, and work can move between agents without disappearing into an opaque chat transcript.
It is released under MIT and installable as a Codex plugin. The project is intentionally small: a practical protocol and tooling surface rather than a heavyweight orchestration platform.
